Scope of work:

Managed up to 36 concurrent projects in the U.S, Caribbean, Central & South America representing $3B and drove all aspects of organization’s marketing strategy and operations.

Developed and monitored $33M in marketing spend for creative branding, collateral, advertising, public relations, and events. Collaborated with a market analysis team for each country to nurture the targeted markets.


Cultivated relationships and partnerships with world-renowned partners and hotel brands, and with local high-profile brands with similar target audiences in each of the markets where developments were taking place.

Developed co-branding opportunities, which increased database and awareness of new products, name, and brand in local and international markets.

Achieved $850M in inventory sales within one year (Sun-Vest Communities)

While at Merco Group, successfully launched marketing campaign for Akoya, the company’s premier development project, with a condominium tower of 386 luxury units valued at approximately $200M+.

Created an advertising campaign that generated $100M in revenue in nine months (65% of the year’s sales). (Merco Group).

Created a marketing pro-forma for a new project called Trilogy, a mix of condominiums, villas, and lofts with estimated value of $135M.
